Have questions about what therapy is, how to get started, how insurance/billing works, and what your appointments will include? Rest assured, we’ll help you through every step of the process. The following are answers to frequently asked questions. If you have additional questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Do we offer self-pay options?
Yes, please call our offices for more information and check out our self-pay contract available for download.
What insurances do you accept?
Check out our section on insurances for more information.
Do you accept medical?
Medical is NOT accepted as a primary insurance.
How does mobile therapy work?
We currently offer at-home physical therapy services. We would first need to verify your insurance and what benefits you have. We recommend that you have a prescription available, but this isn’t always necessary depending on the insurance. After verifying your information, one of our therapists would reach out to you to schedule your appointments. This is different from a home health agency as the services come from a private provider.
What should I wear for my therapy sessions?
We recommend that you wear comfortable clothes i.e. leggings, pants, etc. Depending on the body part we are treating you for, you might need to make some adjustments. For example, if we are treating you for a knee injury, you might need to wear shorts.
How long does each physical therapy session last?
Every session takes about an hour. The first 30 minutes are with your assigned therapist and 30 minutes are left for guided exercises with our support staff. Sometimes exercises can take a little longer depending on your progress.
Are you open on the weekends?
Our business hours are 7am to 6pm Monday through Friday for both clinics.
