I want to thank the awesome professionals at this location.  I’ve had many rounds of physical therapy around San Diego county trying to find the best PT to treat the many issues I have and surgeries I endured and I can say that Manual Orthopedic PT is the best I found in many years of searching.   They are knowledgeable, caring, supportive, and capable of finding solutions professionals I’ve found.  They humanize your case by listening and understanding the process so they can guide your treatment.   I had a complete knee replacement in May 2025 and in September I still had a considerable amount of pain and discomfort so I decide to try going to a different place I was going to for 4 months and I found this PT which made all the difference for me.  In 3 treatments I have improved not only my range of motion but my pain decreased considerably. I also have fibromyalgia that complicates the treatment but they have been very effective and my overall improvement have been amazing.  I was discouraged and really regretted having the surgery but now I am very hopeful and looking to continue my treatment to complete recovery. I highly recommend this place? Everyone is friendly, caring and always checking up on me. They’re constantly cleaning and spraying everything down. They’re ALL hard workers and the therapists are awesome! I also love their acupuncturists.

I have been coming here almost daily since April. The staff is caring , empathetic, flexible and make you feel like family. Jessica and Jody that do all the scheduling always go out of their way to work with you and accommodate your schedule. I’ve worked with all 3 therapists, and they all are top notch. Joe, Cedric and Karina taylor your PT to the physical needs and level your body can handle. All the PT assistants work with the therapists and continually communicate throughout each session to make sure you stay on track and help you work to get better. Mikey, the director and trainer of the PT aides, is knowledgeable and an exceptional trainer. He keeps his eyes and ears open every session to make sure everything runs smoothly.  I was fortunate to be able to have massage Thearpy as well as acupuncture. Both massage therapists were wonderful and unique. They both had great pressure and targeted the spots that were injured.  I spent most of my sessions with Manny, who made me feel comfortable and loosened up the areas needed so I could start PT.  The acupuncturist, Travis, has been an integral part of my healing, targeting body parts as needed from a very bad fall.  I have  had acupuncture in the past, but the treatments I have received from Travis at Earth  Elements have been life changing to multiple injuries. I want everyone to know what a great place MOPT is and will continue to get thearpy, massage and acupuncture for years to come.

MOPT El Cajon was recommended to me by a friend when my former HMO's PT dept decided that continuing physical therapy on my severely injured leg would be a waste of time. MOPT had a more positive approach to dealing with my injury and provided me a lifeline.
