Joe Bailey is a physical therapist and Vice President of MOPT.  He received his bachelor’s degree from California State University, Long Beach in 1987.  Joe Bailey has completed extensive post graduate education in orthopedics and manual physical therapy as well as certification in Work Place Ergonomics.  He has worked as a physical therapist in California, Louisiana, and Italy.

 Joe Bailey has specialized in orthopedics and sports physical therapy over the last 17 years.  He served as a clinical instructor for over 20 physical therapy students.  Mr. Bailey has worked as a clinical specialist at Scripps Mercy Outpatient Physical Therapy, Director of Physical Therapy with E & L Physical Therapy and is currently Director of Physical Therapy for MOPT in Eastlake.  He is devoted to regain his patient’s quality, physical, and pain-free lifestyle.

 Mr. Bailey resides in San Diego with his wife of 15 years and 3 boys, ages 11, 8, and 5.  Joe Bailey is active in coaching his sons little league teams and loves to surf on the weekends.
